How DocMate processes documents privately
DocMate is positioned around a private document workflow. Privacy statements must describe the actual processing path rather than promise that nothing can ever leave the device.
- Read the current privacy policy and App Store privacy label before choosing a workflow.
- For supported on-device processing, document operations run locally. Intelligence availability and Apple system processing paths can vary with device, OS and language.
- If you enable iCloud or share/export a document, review the destination and account you selected. Do not interpret local processing as a guarantee about an external destination.
- When asking for support, use fictional files or privacy-safe diagnostics. Avoid sending personal, client or confidential workplace documents.
