Remove shadows from a document on iPhone
A shadow can make a scan difficult to read. DocMate offers Remove Shadow and Smart Clean so you can inspect a cleaner version while keeping the original.
- Import a document photo or scan a page in DocMate. Use a fictional sample while learning the workflow.
- Open the page-improvement workflow and choose Remove Shadow. Inspect the original and processed page at a readable zoom.
- Check fine print, marks and colored elements. Processing time and results vary with the image; do not approve solely from the thumbnail.
- Save the result using the visible save/export controls, then reopen it and verify that the intended page is present. Keep the original.
